The key revenue driver for entity performance
To spearhead, lead and manage business pillar.
To lead relationship management with key clients and partners.
Strong sales leadership background, and a team player in executing company sales objectives
To overlook product development, operation and marketing team
Training, hiring, coaching a dynamic team towards contribution of sales target
To Streamline pre sales, post sales processes – to optimize revenue performance
Qualifications and requirements
A strong sales leadership experience above 5 year
Experience in corporate event, MICE, events, inbound and outbound travel B2B sales and marketing is a must.
Experience in HRDC corporate training sales & Op is a bonus.
Experience In handling grants is a bonus.
Experience in event management is important.
Experience in new travel product development and event program curation
Capabilities
Good command in English and Bahasa, knowledge in Mandarin (read & write ) is a bonus. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
High spirit , energetic and go getter, with good leadership skills
Strong business acumen and a good sales hunter
Good project management and coordination skills
Passionate about new exciting product creation
