Job Description

  • The key revenue driver for entity performance

  • To spearhead, lead and manage business pillar.

  • To lead relationship management with key clients and partners.

  • Strong sales leadership background, and a team player in executing company sales objectives

  • To overlook product development, operation and marketing team

  • Training,  hiring, coaching a dynamic team towards contribution of sales target 

  • To Streamline pre sales, post sales processes – to optimize revenue performance  

Qualifications and requirements

  • A strong sales leadership experience above 5 year

  • Experience in corporate event, MICE, events, inbound and outbound travel B2B sales and marketing is a must.

  • Experience in HRDC corporate training sales & Op is a bonus.

  • Experience In handling grants is a bonus.

  • Experience in event management is important.

  • Experience in new travel product development and event program curation

Capabilities

  • Good command in English and Bahasa, knowledge in Mandarin (read & write ) is a bonus. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

  • High spirit , energetic and go getter, with good leadership skills

  • Strong business acumen and a good sales hunter

  • Good project management and coordination skills

  • Passionate about new exciting product creation
