Job Description
Ensure updated content (service descriptions, pricing, visuals) in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate and hand over promotional pricing and bundles for activation.- Track go-live timelines and support new product rollout communications.- Maintain and refresh service manuals or product decks for internal and external reference.
Ensure SOPs are documented and shared.
Coordinate the implementation of SLA changes, service delivery updates, and any partner-side limitations.
Serve as the point of contact for routine updates, queries, and clarifications.
Escalate and route questions to the correct departments (Marketing, Ops, Finance) when needed.
Support documentation flow for tax, pricing, and service contracts, in coordination with Finance and Legal.
Qualifications and requirements
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken). "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
Strong attention to detail, particularly in pricing, product updates, and SLA compliance
Comfortable coordinating across departments and cultures
Proactive in following up, ensuring updates are delivered promptly
Able to document and track updates using Excel, Word, and shared drives
